Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cherries (pitted)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes

Instruction

  • Pour the coconut milk into the blender. Remove the pits from the cherries and slice the bananas. Reserve a few cherries and banana slices for the topping, and place the rest of them in the blender. Add the oats and cocoa powder to the blender and process until smooth. Taste the mixture, and add a little pure maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
  • Divide the smoothie between 2 bowls. Top each one with sliced cherries, sliced bananas, diced walnut, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
