Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz tub tub cool whip, thawed
  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • mint leaves, for garnish
  • chocolate pretzel grahams and/or cinnamon pretzel grahams, for dipping

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract on medium speed until well combined. Add cool-whip and stir with a large spoon until combined.
  • Pour cheesecake mixture into a pie dish or bowl and spread evenly.
  • Top with cherry pie filling. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
  • Serve with chocolate pretzel grahams or cinnamon pretzel grahams.
