Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8 oz tub tub cool whip, thawed
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- mint leaves, for garnish
- chocolate pretzel grahams and/or cinnamon pretzel grahams, for dipping
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract on medium speed until well combined. Add cool-whip and stir with a large spoon until combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture into a pie dish or bowl and spread evenly.
- Top with cherry pie filling. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve with chocolate pretzel grahams or cinnamon pretzel grahams.
