Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • a pinch cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Place the cumin, coriander, and paprika in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for 30-60 seconds, or until fragrant.
  • Combine these spices with the rest of the ingredients and pulse in a food processor until smooth.
