Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 pound Italian sausage with casings removed
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions ((can use regular onions))
  • 1 cup chopped green sweet peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup macaroni or whatever past you like (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (can use whatever cheese you like)

Instruction

  • Brown sausage in cooking oil along with onions and green peppers. Sprinkle on black pepper, salt, minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Pour in the can of diced tomatoes and the milk. Stir in the pasta and sprinkle on shredded cheese
  • Turn to simmer and cook about 20 minutes, uncovered, or until pasta is tender and has soaked up most of the liquid. Makes 8 servings.
