  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 14-oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 and 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • for topping: fresh cilantro
