- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp each: turmeric, chili
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 14-oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 and 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- for topping: fresh cilantro
