Ingredients
The following ingredients have 19 Servings
- 2 lbs pork sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened & cubed)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 oz diced green chilies
- ¼ cup taco seasoning (click link for homemade recipe)
- 12 oz hot sauce
Instruction
- Combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilies and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
- Form into 18-20 balls.
- Place a large skillet or dutch oven on the stove over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and brown on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the meatballs are browned, pour the hot sauce over the balls.
- Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
