Ingredients

The following ingredients have 19 Servings
  • 2 lbs pork sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened & cubed)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 oz diced green chilies
  • ¼ cup taco seasoning (click link for homemade recipe)
  • 12 oz hot sauce

Instruction

  • Combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilies and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Form into 18-20 balls.
  • Place a large skillet or dutch oven on the stove over medium heat.
  • Add the meatballs to the skillet and brown on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the meatballs are browned, pour the hot sauce over the balls.
  • Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
