Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lb beef steak chunks
- 2 bags (11.8 oz each) frozen backyard grilled potatoes, thawed
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 2 jars (16 oz each) four cheese sauce
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (8 Count)
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In 10-inch nonstick sauté pan or skillet, cook beef over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until browned and thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat; place beef in large bowl.
- Add thawed potatoes and broccoli; toss until evenly distributed. Pour mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish; spread evenly.
- Pour cheese sauce evenly over beef and vegetables in dish. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; arrange evenly over top.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve immediately.
