Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds spinach
  • 1/4 cup olive or another vegetable oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup feta, bleu or goat cheese, cubed or crumbled (more or less to taste)
  • 1-3 tablespoons garlic, sliced or minced (more or less to taste)
  • 1 onion, diced or sliced
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • reserved bacon grease
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instruction

  • Remove the coarse stems, wash and drain your spinach.
