Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds spinach
- 1/4 cup olive or another vegetable oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup feta, bleu or goat cheese, cubed or crumbled (more or less to taste)
- 1-3 tablespoons garlic, sliced or minced (more or less to taste)
- 1 onion, diced or sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- reserved bacon grease
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instruction
- Remove the coarse stems, wash and drain your spinach.
