Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 16 ounces pork sausage (cooked and drained)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F Cook sausage on stove. Remove from skillet and drain.
- Reserve about ½ cup cheese. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Place ingredients into an oven-safe dish and top with reserved cheese.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cheese on top is melted and lightly brown.
- Serve hot with crackers or chips.
