Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups Chicken ((cooked and shredded))
- 2 cups Instant rice
- 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz Cheese whiz
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 oz Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Taco blend cheese ((shredded))
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro ((optional for garnish))
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
- To your casserole dish add your chicken, rice (uncooked), cream of chicken soup, cheese whiz, salsa, taco seasoning, and water. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Top mixed casserole with shredded cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
