Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds golden baby potatoes, (thoroughly washed)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, (grated)
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Score each potato by creating 4 to 5 slits lengthwise and then widthwise. Do not slice all the way through.
  • Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet, scored side up.
  • Pour the butter over the potatoes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cheese, pepper, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle over the potatoes.
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until fork tender.
