Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 8 potatoes (peeled and cut into small cubes)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 16 oz Velveeta (cubed)
  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken (cut into large cubes)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 cup milk

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put all your ingredients in your 9x13 baking dish with the potatoes on bottom.
  • Cover with foil and cook for 40 minutes.
  • Uncover, rotate your baking dish and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
