Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 large, baking potatoes
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 7 ozs Bacon (chopped)
  • 2.25 cups grated Gruyere (or cheddar)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Instruction

  • Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7.
  • Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges and place in a bowl with the oil and salt. Toss well together and place in a baking tin or dish. Cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Scatter over the bacon and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through and golden and the bacon is sizzling and crisp.
  • Scatter over the grated cheese and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
