Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, (divided)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, reserving 1/4 cup of the cheese. Mix well, then form into a rectangular loaf and place in an oven safe baking dish.
- Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes; then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Place the meatloaf back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the meatloaf is cooked through and the cheese has melted. (Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your preference.)
