Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt (kosher)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 1 1/2 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce (divided)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute until browned and softened. Add garlic and saute for another minute.
  • Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup barbecue sauce to brush on tops.
  • Shape into 6 (4 x 2) loaves and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; spread remaining barbecue sauce over each loaf. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until done.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
