Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt (kosher)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (cubed)
- 1 1/2 lb ground sirloin
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce (divided)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute until browned and softened. Add garlic and saute for another minute.
- Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup barbecue sauce to brush on tops.
- Shape into 6 (4 x 2) loaves and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; spread remaining barbecue sauce over each loaf. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until done.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
