Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayo or sour cream (- or half & half of each)
  • ½ cup havarti cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 3-4 tbsp dried minced onions (or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.)
  • 2 cups **Optional - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite.
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream or mayo (- or half & half of each)
  • ¼ cup havarti cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • 1-2 tbsp dried minced onions (or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.)
  • 1 cup **Optional - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite.

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a small cast iron skillet with cooking spray- set aside
  • In a mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except spinach & mix well until fully combined into one large cheese ball.
  • Fold in spinach, seasonings and then any desired meat & transfer to prepared skillet.
  • Bake 20-50 minutes & then broil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until deep golden & bubbly.
  • Serve with crostini or crackers.
