Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayo or sour cream (- or half & half of each)
- ½ cup havarti cheese
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 3-4 tbsp dried minced onions (or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.)
- 2 cups **Optional - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite.
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- ½ - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream or mayo (- or half & half of each)
- ¼ cup havarti cheese
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- 1-2 tbsp dried minced onions (or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.)
- 1 cup **Optional - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite.
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a small cast iron skillet with cooking spray- set aside
- In a mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except spinach & mix well until fully combined into one large cheese ball.
- Fold in spinach, seasonings and then any desired meat & transfer to prepared skillet.
- Bake 20-50 minutes & then broil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until deep golden & bubbly.
- Serve with crostini or crackers.
