Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups hashbrowns ((we use shredded))
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream ((lite version works fine))
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese ((grated and divided))
  • 3 tbsp butter

Instruction

  • Prepare the crockpot by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or using a liner.
  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese until well combined.
  • Put the ingredients in an even layer in the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Sprinkle the reserved cup of cheese over the top and cook for an additional 20 minutes with the lid on.
