Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups hashbrowns ((we use shredded))
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream ((lite version works fine))
- 2 cups cheddar cheese ((grated and divided))
- 3 tbsp butter
Instruction
- Prepare the crockpot by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or using a liner.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese until well combined.
- Put the ingredients in an even layer in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Sprinkle the reserved cup of cheese over the top and cook for an additional 20 minutes with the lid on.
