Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 32-oz. bag frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 16-oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
- 1 16-oz. bag frozen carrots, peas and green beans
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 10.5-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- ½ cup diced yellow onions
- 2 cups shredded Cabot Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- chopped green onions
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with nonstick baking spray; set dish aside.
- Using a very large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients; stir until well combined.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until mixture is fully cooked.
- {Optional} Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
