Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 32-oz. bag frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 16-oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 16-oz. bag frozen carrots, peas and green beans
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 10.5-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • ½ cup diced yellow onions
  • 2 cups shredded Cabot Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • chopped green onions

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with nonstick baking spray; set dish aside.
  • Using a very large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients; stir until well combined.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until mixture is fully cooked.
  • {Optional} Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
