The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles, (undrained)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Combine rice, cheese, sour cream and green chiles. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
