Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 4 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into small cubes)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 16 oz Velveeta (cubed)
  • 28 oz smoked sausage (cut into slices (2 - 14 oz packages))
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 cup milk

Instruction

  • Put all your ingredients in your 6-quart slow cooker with the potatoes on bottom
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • If a thicker sauce is desired, remove insert from heat and let it sit for 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired thickness is achieved.
