Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 pork bratwursts
  • 2 cans light lager beer
  • 1 can (8 oz) Immaculate Baking Co.™ refrigerated organic Crescent Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 4 oz smoked cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • Add bratwursts to a medium pot with beer and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes to continue cooking through.
  • Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Roll out crescent rolls on parchment paper and spread mustard on each crescent roll.
  • When brats are done cooking, remove from beer and let cool for a few minutes. Then cut brats in half and slit each down the middle. Add a slice of cheese to each brat half.
  • Add a cheese-stuffed brat to the wide end of the crescent roll and roll up. Repeat with remaining brats and crescent rolls.
  • Bake crescents according to package, for 14 minutes, at 350°F. Let cool for 1-2 minutes and then serve!
