Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups frozen corn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup salsa verde
  • 2 ounces sliced black olives- drained
  • Sprinkle of chives for serving

Instruction

  • Combine corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salsa verde, and olives in a small 3-quart slow cooker.
  • Over & cook on high 2 hours or on low 4 hours- stirring about every 45 min- 1 hour.
  • Transfer to serving dish & serve with your favorite chips or crackers for dipping.
