Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Fresh corn 2 cup
  • Crisp cookies 10-12
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce for garnishing
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Instruction

  • Separate the corn from the stem. Then wash and boil.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste and stir until brown. Then add boiled corn and sauteed.
  • Make a paste with food processor adding mixed corn. Now again sauteed with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder and grated mozzarella cheese.
  • I have some home made thin cookies. Places the cheesy corn onto the cookies
  • Placed the cheesy corn onto the cookies, garnish with tomato sauce and fresh coriander leaves.
