Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Fresh corn 2 cup
- Crisp cookies 10-12
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce for garnishing
- Salt
- Fresh coriander leaves
Instruction
- Separate the corn from the stem. Then wash and boil.
- Heat oil in a frying pan add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste and stir until brown. Then add boiled corn and sauteed.
- Make a paste with food processor adding mixed corn. Now again sauteed with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder and grated mozzarella cheese.
- I have some home made thin cookies. Places the cheesy corn onto the cookies
- Placed the cheesy corn onto the cookies, garnish with tomato sauce and fresh coriander leaves.
