Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 chorizo sausage thinly sliced
  • 500 g packet gnocchi
  • 500 g Leggo's bolognese pasta sauce warmed jar
  • 1 cup tasty cheese shredded
  • 1 handful green garden salad or steamed vegetables *to serve

Instruction

  • Cook chorizo in a small non stick frypan until golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Cook gnocchi following packet directions. Drain well and divide between 4 x 1 cup capacity ovenproof dishes. Top gnocchi with cooked chorizo.
  • Pour Leggo’s Pasta Sauce over gnocchi and chorizo. Sprinkle with cheese and cook under a preheated grill for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve immediately.
