Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 8- oz thin spaghetti
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese, (divided)
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups cooked chopped chicken

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until it starts to thicken, 3 or 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, cream of chicken or mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add chicken and cooked spaghetti to cheese sauce and mix well.
  • Transfer spaghetti mixture to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
