Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 5 oz spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 oz chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil
- Add the minced garlic and spinach to the pan, cooking until the spinach has wilted
- Place a small dipping bowl in the center of a piece of parchment paper and use this as a guide to lay out your crescent rolls with the large sides almost touching the bowl (the ends overlap all the way around with two layers)
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses
- Then add the spinach and shredded chicken to the cheese mixture
- Sprinkle with pepper
- Spread the cheese and chicken mixture around the widest part of the crescent roll ring
- Carefully fold the crescent triangles over the cheese and chicken mixture and tuck them under the ring as you go
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes, until the crescent rolls get a golden brown color
- Fill your small bowl with marinara sauce to dip and place it in the center of the ring for serving
