Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 5 oz spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 6 oz chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil
  • Add the minced garlic and spinach to the pan, cooking until the spinach has wilted
  • Place a small dipping bowl in the center of a piece of parchment paper and use this as a guide to lay out your crescent rolls with the large sides almost touching the bowl (the ends overlap all the way around with two layers)
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses
  • Then add the spinach and shredded chicken to the cheese mixture
  • Sprinkle with pepper
  • Spread the cheese and chicken mixture around the widest part of the crescent roll ring
  • Carefully fold the crescent triangles over the cheese and chicken mixture and tuck them under the ring as you go
  • Bake for about 18-20 minutes, until the crescent rolls get a golden brown color
  • Fill your small bowl with marinara sauce to dip and place it in the center of the ring for serving
