Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 1 package(s) 2 lbs package frozen hash browns
  • 3/4 cup(s) butter, melted
  • 1 package(s) cheddar cheese, 8 ounces, shredded
  • 2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint(s) sour cream
  • 1/8-1/4 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup(s) mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 2 cup(s) corn flakes, crushed

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together except vegetables, chicken, and 1/2 cup of butter and corn flakes.
  • Fold vegetables and chicken into mixture. Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  • Mix cornflakes and remaining butter and spread on top.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly in the center and top is golden brown.
