Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 Whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 2 chicken tenderloins (cooked, shredded)
  • 1/2 c. black beans (rinsed)
  • 2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

Instruction

  • Heat a medium sized skillet on medium high; spray with pam.
  • Place one tortilla in skillet and top with cheese, chicken, and black beans. Top with other tortilla.
  • Grill until melted, approx five minutes. Slice. Serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy.
