The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 Whole wheat flour tortillas
- 2 chicken tenderloins (cooked, shredded)
- 1/2 c. black beans (rinsed)
- 2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Instruction
- Heat a medium sized skillet on medium high; spray with pam.
- Place one tortilla in skillet and top with cheese, chicken, and black beans. Top with other tortilla.
- Grill until melted, approx five minutes. Slice. Serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy.
