Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Fresh Asparagus (ends trimmed)
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated )
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded )
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Trim the ends of the asparagus by snapping off the ends.
- Line a baking sheet or dish with foil. Place the asparagus on the foil and drizzle with the melted butter. Toss to ensure all the asparagus is covered in butter.
- Sprinkle the asparagus with the onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. Top the asparagus with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and top with the mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
