Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 New York Bakery Co Cheese Bagels
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 125 g grated mozarella & cheddar cheese
  • sour cream (to serve)
  • guacamole (to serve)
  • salsa (to serve)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 165°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3.
  • Slice the bagels into bite-sized rounds, taking care to keep to cut them all to an even thickness.
  • Pop all the bagel pieces into a bowl, then drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with the garlic granules and toss to coat.
  • Tip them out onto a large baking tray (or two smaller trays if necessary) and spread out into a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning half way through, until golden and crispy.
  • Transfer the bagel chips to an oven proof baking dish, and sprinkle the cheese all over.
  • Turn the oven up to 200°C (Gas mark 6/390°F) and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Serve immediately with the dips on the side.
