The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 New York Bakery Co Cheese Bagels
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 125 g grated mozarella & cheddar cheese
- sour cream (to serve)
- guacamole (to serve)
- salsa (to serve)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 165°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3.
- Slice the bagels into bite-sized rounds, taking care to keep to cut them all to an even thickness.
- Pop all the bagel pieces into a bowl, then drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with the garlic granules and toss to coat.
- Tip them out onto a large baking tray (or two smaller trays if necessary) and spread out into a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning half way through, until golden and crispy.
- Transfer the bagel chips to an oven proof baking dish, and sprinkle the cheese all over.
- Turn the oven up to 200°C (Gas mark 6/390°F) and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve immediately with the dips on the side.
