Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 4 chicken breasts (approx. 2 pounds)
- kosher salt, pepper
- 8 slices colby jack cheese
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Instruction
- In a bowl mix together the mayo and dry ranch seasoning.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the mayo ranch mixture, use your hands to coat both sides. Place chicken in a baking/ casserole dish. Using a spoon, spread the rest of the mayo ranch mixture over top of the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Top each chicken breast with two slices of cheese and bacon crumbles. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
