Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 4 chicken breasts (approx. 2 pounds)
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 8 slices colby jack cheese
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instruction

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo and dry ranch seasoning.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the mayo ranch mixture, use your hands to coat both sides. Place chicken in a baking/ casserole dish. Using a spoon, spread the rest of the mayo ranch mixture over top of the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • Top each chicken breast with two slices of cheese and bacon crumbles. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
