Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 16 oz loaf bakery bread (Italian, French, or sourdough)
  • 6 Tbsps butter (melted)
  • 1 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 8 oz bottle ranch dressing
  • Optional: green onions for garnish

Instruction

  • Cut the loaf of bakery bread into one inch cubes and put the cubes in a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the bread and toss gently, sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper over top and toss until evenly coated.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, toss halfway through cooking.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and add half of the cheese and bacon, toss until evenly mixed and top with the remaining cheese and bacon. Bake in the 400 degree oven for 3 to 4 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing over top and garnish with green onions if desired.
