Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 lb strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream (( or 4 oz Cool Whip))
- 1 graham cracker sheet
Instruction
- Remove the leaves, and scoop out the center of your strawberries. Cut the bottom off to make it flat so strawberry will stand.
- Beat your cream cheese and powdered sugar for 2 to 3 minutes until nice and smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Spoon the mixture into a ziplock bag or piping bag and pipe the cheesecake mixture into each strawberry. Pipe until cheesecake makes a small mound above the top of the strawberry.
- Crush the graham cracker in a small bag.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of cheesecake filling.
- Serve immediately.
