Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion ((chopped))
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz cheddar cheese ((shredded) )
- 6 buns
Instruction
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain off the excess grease.
- Add in the beef broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Cook uncovered for approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Fold the cheddar cheese into the meat mixture and heat until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm over the hamburger buns and enjoy!
