Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion ((chopped))
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese ((shredded) )
  • 6 buns

Instruction

  • Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain off the excess grease.
  • Add in the beef broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  • Cook uncovered for approximately 5-10 minutes.
  • Fold the cheddar cheese into the meat mixture and heat until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm over the hamburger buns and enjoy!
