Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 pound ground chuck (or ground beef of your choice)
- 10 splashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 10 cracks fresh black pepper
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together by hand until combined, do not over mix. Using an ice cream scoop, divide into 6 equal portions. Roll into balls by hand and place on top of a sheet of plastic wrap until all the portions are rolled. Place another sheet of plastic wrap on top and using a heavy bottom glass, press down in the center to form a patty. Repeat for each burger.
- Let burgers sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes, this will help with an even cook and they will cook faster. Heat a cast iron or heavy bottom skillet over medium heat, once hot, cook the burgers about 3-4 minutes on each side until a crust forms or until desired doneness. You only need to flip once, then top evenly with the shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice, optional.
- Take burgers out of skillet and place on slider buns and add toppings of your choice, enjoy!
