Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 sesame seed buns, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce, chopped (8 cups)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup dill pickle chips, quartered
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375°F. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, spread bread cubes in single layer. Drizzle melted butter evenly over bread cubes; toss until coated. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- In small bowl, mix Dressing ingredients.
- Divide lettuce among 4 serving bowls. Arrange beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, dill pickles and croutons on top of lettuce. Serve with dressing.
