Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Bisquick (or Krusteaz baking mix (either one works great))
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instruction
- Heat oven to 400-degrees.
- Cook beef and onion in a skillet until cooked through and onions become clear (approximately 6-8 minutes).
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- Spray a glass pie plate with cooking spray and spread the beef mixture over the bottom. Top with shredded cheese.
- Whisk together the baking mix, milk, and eggs in a medium-sized bowl until well blended (it will be pretty runny).
- Pour over the beef mixture on the pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cut into wedges and serve!
