Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick (or Krusteaz baking mix (either one works great))
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 400-degrees.
  • Cook beef and onion in a skillet until cooked through and onions become clear (approximately 6-8 minutes).
  • Stir in salt and pepper.
  • Spray a glass pie plate with cooking spray and spread the beef mixture over the bottom. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Whisk together the baking mix, milk, and eggs in a medium-sized bowl until well blended (it will be pretty runny).
  • Pour over the beef mixture on the pie plate.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cut into wedges and serve!
