Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pound Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- In a large saucepan or fondue pot blend butter, flour, and milk to make white sauce.
- Once the white sauce is made add the Swiss and Cheddar cheese melted.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste right before you serve.
- Keep warm over low heat or in a fondue platter. Great to serve with vegetables and sourdough or French bread.
