Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups cheese grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan grated
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 60 g butter melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp mixed dried herbs
- 1 tsp parmesan grated *to dress
Instruction
- Grease a 12 cm x 22 cm loaf pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2 cm above sides of pan.
- Place flour, salt and cheeses into a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add eggs, butter and milk. Mix well to combine.
- Add herbs or other flavouring of choice, if using.
- Spoon into pan, smooth over top and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
- Bake at 180C for 40 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer. Stand for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
