Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 slice(s) bacon
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • 8 ounce(s) chicken breast, cooked and shredded (shred with two forks)
  • To taste - garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika
  • 3 large green onions
  • 1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1 package(s) wonton wrappers
  • 1 - egg

Instruction

  • Cook bacon until crispy. (While your bacon cooks start on step 2.)
  • Heat olive oil. Add minced garlic to a skillet, roast for 1 minute. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika to taste. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat, set aside. NOTE: The Just A Pinch Kitchen Crew added the step by step photos on here. They did not shred the chicken which is fine too. You can do whatever is easiest for you, but I find shredded chicken is best for the size of the wonton.
  • Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chicken, chopped green onion and crumbled bacon.
  • Whisk the egg in a small bowl.
  • Add a teaspoon of mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Fold or roll in any way that's easiest for you. Use egg to seal the wonton.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook wonton until browned and crisp and serve.
