Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
  • 8 Whole Hamburger Buns

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients together, making sure to evenly coat all the ground beef with BBQ sauce and mixing the cheddar in evenly so each burger has a similar amount.
  • Create patties of your size preference. With 2 lbs, I can usually make 8-10 patties depending on how I size them.
  • Cook in a skillet at high heat until cooked to preferred level of doneness or throw on a grill until desired cook. We have done them both in a skillet and on the grill, and they turn out delicious either way!
  • Add toppings of your choice and serve on a potato bun with sweet potato fries for a complete meal!
