Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- For The Burger!
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 4 slices sharp cheddar
- 1/4 onion (diced)
- 2 brioche buns (sliced and toasted)
- Ketchup or your favorite condiments
Instruction
- In a bowl combine the ground beef and green onion. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Form the beef into two patties and flatten evenly.
- Preheat your Char-Broil grill to a high heat and then turn one side down to low.
- Once the grill is hot, place the burgers on to the direct heat side of the grill.
- Sear without moving for about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the patties over and sear the other side.
- Move the burgers to the indirect heat side of the grill and cook until your desired doneness.
- Place two slices of the cheese on top of each burger and melt.
- Place each burger onto a bun, top with the bacon and raw onion.
- Serve at once with a fresh salad
