Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 box (5.1 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cheddar & bacon potatoes
  • 2 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 450°F. In ungreased 2-quart casserole, stir Sauce Mix, boiling water, milk and butter with whisk. Stir in Potatoes and remaining ingredients.
  • Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir; let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).
