Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 box (5.1 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cheddar & bacon potatoes
- 2 1/3 cups boiling water
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Instruction
- Heat oven to 450°F. In ungreased 2-quart casserole, stir Sauce Mix, boiling water, milk and butter with whisk. Stir in Potatoes and remaining ingredients.
- Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir; let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).
