Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- 2 ounces Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces of Cabot Colby Jack Cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Cabot Unsalted Butter plus 1 tablespoon of melted Cabot Salted Butter
- ⅓ cup of quartered Reese Artichoke Hearts
- Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro about 1-2 tablespoons, chopped)
Instruction
- SPREAD butter over one side of the 4 slices of bread. Turn the bread over. Slice both cheeses very thin and place the layers of Sharp Cheddar on 2 slices of bread. Follow with the artichoke hearts, fresh herbs, and Colby Jack Cheese as the third layer. Cover each sandwich with the other 2 slices of bread and press on the sandwich quite hard.
- PREHEAT the grill pan on medium heat. Brush the bread with melted butter and place sandwiches on the grill pan and cover with the lid. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
