Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instruction
- Mix Ritz crackers crumbs and melted butter.
- Press into an 8 inch pie plate.
- Saute Vidalia onions in 2 tablespoons butter until clear, but not brown.
- With slotted spoon, spoon onions onto Ritz cracker crust.
- Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, pour over onions.
- Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until firm in the center.
