Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 3 Tbsps olive oil
  • 16 small Artichoke
  • lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)

Instruction

  • Mix together the garlic and the oil.
  • Peel the artichokes, cut them in half lengthways and chop into 1 cm long slices. Drizzle immediately with lemon juice. Season with salt and ground black pepper and grill on both sides for around 2 min. (Alternatively fry in a grill pan with a little oil).
  • Remove from the barbecue and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with the garlic oil and serve lukewarm garnished with the parsley.
