Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pound(s) pork tenderloin
- THE MARINADE
- 1/4 cup(s) tamari sauce
- 3 tablespoon(s) sweet clover honey
- 3 tablespoon(s) organic ketchup
- 3 tablespoon(s) coconut sugar, or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) chinese rice wine
- 1 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce
- 1 pinch(es) crushed red-pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon(s) red bean curd
Instruction
- PLAN/PURCHASE
- THE MARINADE
- Mix all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, until completely incorporated.
- Place the pork into a large bowl or Ziploc bag, and pour in the marinade.
- Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours, or overnight.
- Chef's Note: Remove from the marinade, shake off the excess, and discard the remainder.
- Fire up your grill to medium-high heat, or use a grill pan, and cook the pork, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 30 minutes.
- Chef’s Note: An instant-read thermometer should read a minimum of 150f (65c)
- PLATE/PRESENT
- Cut perpendicular to the grain, in thick slices, and serve with rice, or your favorite sides. Enjoy.
