Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) pork tenderloin
  • THE MARINADE
  • 1/4 cup(s) tamari sauce 

  • 3 tablespoon(s) sweet clover honey 


  • 3 tablespoon(s) organic ketchup 

  • 3 tablespoon(s) coconut sugar, or brown sugar 

  • 2 tablespoon(s) chinese rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce 

  • 1 pinch(es) crushed red-pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon(s) red bean curd 


Instruction

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • THE MARINADE
  • Mix all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, until completely incorporated.
  • Place the pork into a large bowl or Ziploc bag, and pour in the marinade.
  • Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours, or overnight.
  • Chef's Note: Remove from the marinade, shake off the excess, and discard the remainder.
  • Fire up your grill to medium-high heat, or use a grill pan, and cook the pork, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 30 minutes.
  • Chef’s Note: An instant-read thermometer should read a minimum of 150f (65c)
  • PLATE/PRESENT
  • Cut perpendicular to the grain, in thick slices, and serve with rice, or your favorite sides. Enjoy.
