Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 bread slices
  • 3/4 cup chole masala
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • Butter (as needed)

Instruction

  • Keep the chole masala ready.
  • Trim the edges of the bread and butter the slice generously.
  • Place some chana masala on one slice. Add some grated cheese or paneer cubes and cover with another slice.
  • Toast on hot tava with more butter. Toast well till the sandwich turns crispy and golden. Serve chana masala toast hot.
