The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 bread slices
- 3/4 cup chole masala
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Butter (as needed)
Instruction
- Keep the chole masala ready.
- Trim the edges of the bread and butter the slice generously.
- Place some chana masala on one slice. Add some grated cheese or paneer cubes and cover with another slice.
- Toast on hot tava with more butter. Toast well till the sandwich turns crispy and golden. Serve chana masala toast hot.
