Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Black Chickpeas (boiled)
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (whisked with sugar)
- 1/2 cup Puffed Rice
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
- 2 tbsp Green Chutney
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 2 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
Instruction
- Mix boiled kala chana, black salt, regular salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, onion, tomato and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Transfer this mixture on a serving plate.
- Top with yogurt whisked with sugar, puffed rice, tamarind chutney, green chutney, fresh coriander, green chilli and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve immediately.
