Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Black Chickpeas (boiled)
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt (whisked with sugar)
  • 1/2 cup Puffed Rice
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Green Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds

Instruction

  • Mix boiled kala chana, black salt, regular salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, onion, tomato and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Transfer this mixture on a serving plate.
  • Top with yogurt whisked with sugar, puffed rice, tamarind chutney, green chutney, fresh coriander, green chilli and pomegranate seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
