Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup sparkling lemonade ((or regular))
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
- 3/4 cup brut champagne (or prosecco))
- 1/4 cup vodka (regular or lemon-flavored)
- Silver and gold sprinkles (optional)
Instruction
- Add lemonade, water, and gelatin to a small saucepan. Whisk together and let rest for 3 minutes until the froth starts to go away.
- Place saucepan over low heat. Whisk mixture constantly until it's just about to start simmering.
- Remove from heat and champagne and vodka. Whisk to combine.
- Pour the jello mixture into twelve 2-ounce plastic cups (with lids off) until just under the lip of the cup.
- Transfer to the fridge to chill for 3 hours or until jello is set. Top with gold and silver sprinkles for a festive look before serving.
